Of course they failed to mention you have to bid for your schedule in the interview instead they ask what shift are you looking to work just to turn around once you get hired and have to be between other people who have higher seniority than you do with schedules that are very obsolete and will never fit the schedule that you actually need.
The way that they go about giving out schedules is the WORSE part about working there. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? What is the best part of working at the company?
